PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This 200 Ac greenfield development is situated on a rolling site with natural features and wetlands that have been protected. A one mile thoroughbred horse track, a 100,000 SF gaming facility, more than 2,300 car parking lots along with service roads and horse boarding facilities. Our firm is responsible for all civil engineering and surveying services both on and off-site. Our firm is also providing construction observations services, reviewing pay applications, shop drawing reviews and assistance with contractors questions.
Very few thoroughbred horse tracks have been constructed in the United States in the past 30 years. We are proud to be on the design team for this great facility and honored to be one of the few civil engineering firms to design a new facility.
