PROJECT DESCRIPTION: This 120 Ac Brownfield redevelopment project included more than a mile of on-site roadways, more than 300 storm sewer structures, over 20,000 LF of storm pipe, 7 retention ponds, 7,000 LF of sanitary sewer, 16,000 LF of waterline and more than 1,500 LF of retaining walls. Our firm assisted with zoning documents, performed traffic impact studies, performed all field surveys, obtained plan approvals from three jurisdictions, assisted with annexation documents, performed construction observation services and construction layout services throughout construction.
Our team was able to complete all construction documents within a 12 month timeframe.
This project is currently pursuing a LEED Silver certification.
