PROJECT DESCRIPTION: The Lane is an urban redevelopment project that includes a hotel, office space, retail, upscale apartment units and a parking structure. The project provided on-site underground stormwater detention, public sanitary sewer extensions, public waterline extensions, off-site roadway widening and close coordination's with the City of Upper Arlington, City of Columbus and developer.
Weekly meetings were held with City staff and the design team in order to meet aggressive schedules. Our firm led these meetings which lead to great success of the project.
