PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Project included the reconstruction of a section of historic downtown Hilliard. Surveys, traffic analysis, detail construction plan preparation, mast arm signal design, and curb ramp design were performed by our firm. Public involvement meetings were held for this project. The project included the reconstruction of 2,700 feet of curb and sidewalk, streetscape elements such as arches, lighting, landscape beds, brick banding on concrete walks, benches, planting boxes with limestone curbing and pavement resurfacing. Our firm also provided construction administration and daily inspection.
